this might sound wierd but boy is it nice ;)

this is what you will need

meat off 2 rabbit backs sliced & diced

3 and half cups of cornflakes

1 large egg

2 fluid ozs milk

half a cup of plain flour

2 chicken oxo cubes

crush cornflakes in a bag with a rolling pin then put on a plate, beat the egg and milk in a bowl, mix the oxo's into the flour in a bowl

1) dip the diced rabbit into the flour mix

2) then into the egg mix

3) then into the crushed cornflakes

4) bake for 10-15 mins @200c/gas mark 6

or shallow fry 3-5 mins

hey all thop it looks really nice and i will try it .

but for a simple batter mix just put flour salt and water or if you like cider or bitter.

batter mix 200g of plain flour

pinch of salt

and enough water to make a mix that will leave a thick layer over your meat.

hope you dont mind me adding this just thought id add an idea.

cheers.m
