ace5 1 Posted November 13, 2008 Report Share Posted November 13, 2008 this might sound wierd but boy is it nice this is what you will need meat off 2 rabbit backs sliced & diced 3 and half cups of cornflakes 1 large egg 2 fluid ozs milk half a cup of plain flour 2 chicken oxo cubes crush cornflakes in a bag with a rolling pin then put on a plate,beat the egg and milk in a bowl,mix the oxo's into the flour in a bowl 1) dip the diced rabbit into the flour mix 2) then into the egg mix 3) then into the crushed cornflakes 4) bake for 10-15 mins @200c/gas mark 6 or shallow fry 3-5 mins [attachmen t=57476:s7301093_web.jpg] i will add pics of the final cook nuggets later as i ate all the ones i made.
