Halfinch 51
cheeeeeeers... the hw 100 sounds the bizz ... anyone heard of them jaming ????? Nope, because they don't, well not in my experience anyway. They are a fantastic gun, some people say they are a bit heavy, but i don't find that at all, I have the thumbhole carbine version, the loading is super smooth, great adjustable trigger, and as accurate as the person holding it. Can't find ANY faults with mine. I love it!! Quote Link to post
ferreting1888 7
never had a prob and super smooth sums up the whole gun halfinch cheers sean Quote Link to post
Deker 3,478
Sticking to your list I would buy the 410. The HW100 is possibly a better gun, actually, there are those that say it is the best you can buy at the moment, but the 410 is just behind and I prefer the balance and feel of the 410. Just can't seem to get on with the HW100..just another opinion!! You won't go wrong with either!! Quote Link to post
Guest Mass_G3nocide
HW100 all day long. Quote Link to post

Paul W 0
HW100 is on my short list too, I've got 3 HW springers (35, 57, 97k) and they are brilliant .22s. I checked out the HW100 a while back but went for a Daystate instead and I dont like it!!! I've also got an S200 mk3 in .177 with 10 shot mag fitted which I use to decafeinate squirrels. Its (reasonably) cheap, well made, light and ridiculously accurate. The mag stopped indexing the rounds once but a couple of drops of oil sorted it out and its not been any problem since. The power tends to rise a bit as the air pressure goes down so I now put 170 bar in it instead of the recomended 190 bar and still get 40-50 full power shots. Only minus point is the short(ish) stock which might not fit people with long arms, its begging to have a decent hunting stock. One I will be looking at with interest this xmas is the new Webley venom sidewinder, it looks prettier than any of Webley's recent offerings............. all the best, Paul. Quote Link to post
