Simoman 110
Just wondered what people views were on the fight for this saturday night, I'm a huge fan of both fighters, especially Couture who is THE MMA legend in my opinion. The main strengh for both guys is wrestling but I'd have to give the edge in strengh and obviously size to Lesnar, I'd NEVER bet against Randy but I think this will be his toughest fight, Lesnar is freakishly strong and athletic and the only chink in his armour is his lack of experience compared to Randys, although Randy always has a smart gameplan and I'm sure he will suprise Brock at the weekend, for me this is the most exciting fight for the last few years. Kenny Florian vs Joe Stevenson is also on the undercard and I think Joe is stronger but Kenny has better Jui Jitsu and a more technical stand-up with dangerous elbows. JoeD 24
Should be a good fight and don't want to bet on either lol, I don't reckon it will go the 3 rounds though. and the undercard well I am going to say Kenny. Do you ever go to cage rage by anychance or any other events around the country. I have been to a few cage rage and that is good fun, last one I went to was when a polish fighter lost and he had like 300 fans and they kicked off, and me and my brother was in the middle getting threats, was a fun evening, like always. Simoman 110
I don't reckon it will go the 3 rounds though. Championship fight matey so the full five rounds. If it goes that long I think Randy will be the stronger man in the last two rounds, all Lesnars muscle will sap his energy.
trappa 518
Real hard call! Im going to go with lesnar-dont like him at all though and he should have fought a couple more times before getting a chance for the title but he is just TOO strong. I honestly thought herring would do him, but he proved me wrong. His chin hasnt been tested yet, randy could be the man, but my money is on lesnar.
stig 2
I agree it is the most exciting since Bj vs Pierre.I for one think Randy is one of the greatest all round sportsman of my generation let alone MMA.But i think lesners size and athletisism is amazing to say the least.I too will not bet against Randy. But this could be just one to many for his age.Ref decision is my guess. Simoman 110
Trappa, I agree Lesnars chin hasn't been tested and I'll bet Randy will test it, also I'd like to see how he would react if he had Randy grounding and pounding him for a round or two, see what hes like in that situation. scent 509
lesnar all the way for pure raw power

Totally. If, and its a big if, someone could get him in full mount for a bit of G&P then its game on, but back to the mir fight-if the ref hadnt jumped in for hitting back of mirs head, lesnar would have won. The nearest randy has come to lesnar was kevin randleman for power (not size) and he won but a 6 foot 3 randleman?? its anyones guess.
Cupid Stunt 18
I make Lesnar a strong favourite but think it would be interesting if Couture can stay out of getting steamrollered & take it beyond two rounds. The Amir Sadollah fight is off.
Guest buster321c
Randy is the man , but Lesnar is a beast .

I think Lesnar is way beyond Randlemans power, also Randleman DID have a suspect chin , I guess we'll see what Brocks is like
Simoman 110
The Amir Sadollah fight is off. Isn't this the second fight he has pulled out of through injury? By the time he fights the winner of the new series will have made his debut.
Guest Chip
some great fights im a big fan of florian hope he does it but that joes no push over on the ground either and strong with it,he does seem to get gassed after a bit i think that will be a great fight to watch but florian has the moves. with the randy lesnar fight i havent seen lesnar fight since frank mir fought him,he seem to be giving mir a tough time but lacked basic skills gifting mir a foot lock or what ever it was,not sure how far hes come since then im hopeing randy does it again but tipping lesnar to finish him. MY MONEYS ON 'THE NATURAL',HES SUCH A WELL ROUNDED FIGHTER,ALTHOUGH THERES A BIG AGE DIFFERENCE COUTURES FITNESS IS 2ND TO NONE FOR A MAN OF HIS AGE.STILL WOULDNT LIKE A RIGHT HAND OFF LESNAR .ALSO A BIG STEVENSON FAN BUT AGAIN FLORIAN HAS EXPERIENCE ON HIS SIDE. Simoman 110
Yes Percy, Coutures conditioning is top notch, many years ago he hired a nutritionist to change his diet and increase his stamina.
