I have exactly the same problem, mate. I switched to contact lenses years ago and I've never looked back.

Vision Express do the monthly disposables at around £15 a month and includes all the cleaning solutions and free eye tests. Also replacements if you loose any (which is a god send if you play rugby!)

Other places have deals too so it's worth shopping around! :good:

Go to an optician and check to see if you're able to have them. They'll test your eyes to make sure you're suitable.

I played tight and loose head and apart from losing a few lenses here and there I had no problems apart from that. They're piss easy to clean and maintain and after a couple of days wear you'll wonder how you went on without them.

The only problem I had playing rugby was if that if I lost a lens it completely screwed my depth perception... well that was my excuse anyway! :D:good:

There are a few options really, you could wear a baseball hat or something with a peak or attatch some little wipers to your glasses :haha: but i think the best optician would be contact lenses, ive worn them for years, only problem ive really had is when i worked in a kitchen they tended to dry out fast so i had to get some with moisture in them and another problem is forgetting youve got them in and rubbing your eyes and them falling out and also taking them out when your drunk, they're never in the case in the morning lol :haha:

yes i think that i am going to get contacts i think thats its the only option at the moment.....
