Dawn B 212
Only parentage can be determined by swabs from the sire and the dam, or suspected sire and dam and also the offspring. there are no tests to determin what breeds are in your crossbreed. Quote Link to post

Thanks Not 100% sure but I thought you could do DNA tests and using CanAims ( ancestry informative markers) determine the breeds in your dogs make up, but don't take my word for it speak to experts. sorel-2007 0
A friend of mine breeds working Labs and got Sire Dam and Pup DNA tested when a customer questioned a dogs pedigree. So I know that it must be possible. I'm stalking with him Saturday and Sunday this weekend. Do you want me to ask him how much it cost and who did it for him? Quote Link to post
Dawn B 212
Thats what I said Sorel, but if its a Lurcher, it cannot tell you what breeds are in it. Quote Link to post
