Jayd 0
Hi all, As you may have seen, I am currently the owner of a Weihrauch HW77. Just a couple of questions really. > What is the power output from stock (.22)? I've seen in a magazine it was 11.5 ft/lb, but I'm interested in how accurate this may be. > What are the best pellets in your experience? I just bought some Wasp pellets to get the scope set up, but I've seen some Bisley Pest Control, which weigh in at 18.2 grains according to the booklet. From the marketing spiel, they sound like they could put most vermin out of it's misery straightaway, but I'm just curious as to people's opinions. Cheers. Quote Link to post
ABDog 0
The non FAC Weihrauch springers are reputed to produce around 11.5 quite consistently. Air Arms pellets are supposed to be good in .22 flavour. I use H&N FTT's in my HW95K .177 and they seem ok. Not that I have vast experience of pellets (or shooting). Quote Link to post
Jayd 0
Thanks for your reply. I'll look into the AA pellets. They seem to command quite a high price tag, so there must be something good . I'll also look into the FTT's aswell. I'm curious as to if/how the power output varies dependant on the pellets used, can you shed any light on this? Thanks again. Quote Link to post
