TOPPER 1,809
treadmills are no excuse for exercise , you have to walk a dog first and get its bowls etc empty before you put them on treadmills or you will boil the piss in the kidneys and fcuk the dog up, to many people think a treadmill is the lazy man exercise but its not its the quickest way to fck up a good dog by irrisponsible use

Guest pikey
MOST OF THE SERIOUS DOG MEN IN IRELAND WORK THERE DOGS ON THE ELECTRIC MILLS DAILY. I MYSELF HAVE FIVE MILLS, DOGS ARE WALKED FOR TWO MILES TO EMPTY THEM SELFS OUT, THEN THEY GO ON THE ELECTRIC MILL FOR AT LEAST 20 MINS AND MOST TIMES A FULL HOUR, WHILE I CLEAN THE KENNELLS. WHEN I PUT A DOG ON THE MILL FOR THE FIRST TIME I ONLY GIVE HIM A FEW MINUTES AT 3KM AN HOUR AND STAND IN FRONT OF HIM TALKING TO HIM, FOR THE FIRST TWO WEEKS I STAY WITH THEM ALL THE TIME WHEN THERE ON THE MILL, I ALWAYS STAY WITH IN EAR SHOT OF THE MILLS, AND HAVE A PEEP AT THEM EVERY FEW MINUTES, BUT ONCE THEY GET USED TO IT THEY WILL ENJOY IT, AND FEEL QUITE SAFE ON IT. I HAVE 16 DOGS AT THE MOMENT SO I NEED ELECTRIC MILLS, TO KEEP THEM ALL FIT.
justin 2
i was using a mill for my american bulldog and have to say that used correctly it is one of the best investments i made, he loved it and would sit next to it barking untill he was put on it...and it wasnt a replacement for a walk either as he was out twice a day...my terrier was the opposite, you had to coax her to get on it, personally i think it wasnt stimulating enough for her and shed rather chase a ball around..
