Pulled up at our regular ferreting patch today to see the fella next door putting together a trailer tent for his Bonfire night extravaganza, after a little chat Tony had secured some more ferreting permission (more orchards) and the fella asked us to ferret two large bonfires he had built over a couple of burys. The silver hob catching 3 rabbits which were sitting tight above ground in amongst the apple tree Bonfire. Anyway got 9 in total and some new permission can't be bad  . Did a couple of more small sets behind the farmers house to get a total bag of 14.

Looks great, and pretty easy work, well done, it always give you an extra buzz when you get some new permission, makes you feel an inch bigger...

well done.

As you can see by my photo I could do with being an inch ,in fact several inches bigger! Inan.

Nice pix mate and well done.Im curious as to why someone would build a bonfire over burrows.Seems a bit macabre

I don't think he had much of a option the field is covered in rabbit holes.............
