Now we're into the shooting season again (pheasants) it's time to get the trusty hip flask out of the cupboard and fill with various spirit.

I have one stainless steel flask and one pewter flask and they're both a bit gungy inside, both have only been used for various fruit gin concoctions.

What is the best way to clean them? ....And yes they're both empty just now..
