tiny-nioclas 0
Hi all, I was driving home this evening from an unsuccessful stalk, cold wet and miserable may i add!, and i was pulled over by a farmer who knew i was out hunting by my camo gear i had on,after a short chat about how the weather was etc he gave me permission to shoot on all his land, around 300 acres, most of it around a state owned forest he's also got a small forest plantation of his own on the grounds, maybe 15-20 acres, the deer he said are coming out on the side that his house is on and i cannot shoot them there because the house is pretty close and his wife would have a canary, but he told me if i can get them around to the other side or even further away i can hunt them away to my hearts content, does anyone have any tips or help as to how i would attract the deer to the other side of the forest so i can manage the herds myself? there is also alot of boggy areas on the land, what kinds of shoooting do bogs give me? Cheers for the help lads, Tiny Edited November 6, 2008 by tiny-nioclas Quote Link to post
