Male harris hawk for sale 3 years old next may, very good hunting bird takes fur and feather. Follows on also silent on and off the fist

Hunts well with ferrets but not dogs.

Very good bird in good condition hunts at 1lbs 7 oz, good size feet and a nice temperament.

Must go to a good experienced home

 

 

anybody is welcome to fly this bird first befor they buy

 

this bird is 100% i have taken pheasent (cock and hen) many rabbits from working with a ferret to just following, duck etc

 

a top home is needed for this bird, the only reason i am selling him is i have not got the time to give him what he needs.

 

 

i got him from the breeder i have the paper work he came with, my friend is flying 2 of his sisters and they are also great hunters

Hi mark if i was you i would look at getting a new young untoucheed bird, I am not saying that this bird will not be a good'un but you will learn a little bit more from a new bird

i agree with you mate as a novice in falconry you cant beat getting a young untoucheed bird, this little lad i have hear for sale is a top notch bird but my advice to any novice's is to get a young one

thanks for the advice lads, do you think that is my best option then? i've just got a job at a bop centre to learn the ropes as i need some hands on experience.Any other tips or pointers would be really appreciated

I am new to falconry as well well sort of, I got my first bird on saturday there at 16weeks old and cant nock it mate theat feeling when i got him to feed for the first time :D :D :D

Looks a nice bird mate why do you want to sell him after putting in all the hard work if he is flying so well seems a shame.
