bonanza 0
I split a disc in my back by sneezing. After just about coping with a weekend of feeling bone on bone & pain like you cant imagine I was rushed into hospital and had emergency op. Woke up next day to find I cudent move or feel my legs. 4 weeks in hospital, 9 months off work & a year of physio nearly sorted it. That was 6 years ago & I can still remember the pain. gnipper 6,426
I've had loads of stuff happen that hurts over the years but one I remember was when I was about 5 getting a seater off my older brother and my heel went into the back wheel which ripped my trainer in half and my heel wasn't much better. My brother would only have been 10 or 11 but he carried me all the way home Another one was when we were trying to use a camping stove rack with sprung legs as a book shelf and my older brother says 'hold that a minute' I was only a little kid and the fecker snapped shut right on my middle finger nail which then proceeded to float off on the blood The list of things my brother did to me is endless but were quits now after I got to 15 and give him a hiding and the time I shot him in the side of his bare leg with a .22 fibre barrel cleaning pellet while he was sat on the bog with his pants round his ankles (I've never seen anyone wriggle and scream so fast) still makes me laugh every time I think about it
