Yay Ive managed, to make my first 4 rows of my hemp net, after alot of time trying ive finally workied out I wasnt double knotting and was all slipping! lmao. Im stupid, anyway, now I should be able to make my own nets, which will save me a bob or 2, does anyone know the cost for spun nylon?

For all his faults he does know how to make a net ....Most of us struggled on our first net, especially if we never had a tutor to hand. Your mistake will be simple, patience Grasshopper

Its just I think he goes through and not round, i have started another and done about 5 rows fairly well. going round they dont seem to slip at all

And imo it is better to use your finger to hold the knot from behind not your thumb infront!
