Great looking russell ,what age did he die at ,remember

the bro getting a pup in 1990 of a father daughter breeding

from a guy at weston park ,died at 5 month ,amazing sometimes

how a litter can turn out .Good to see you can look back at old photo,s

and enjoy and share the photo,s .

i honestly couldnt tell ya but must be at least 6-7 years since..... fella called bob gibson bred him originaly,,just threw some stonking pups,,a good worker is one thing a good worker that throws it through the breeding is even harder

totally agree with you of a good worker that can throw it

through the breeding ,is harder to acheive ,think we picked it

of a guy called john he was with arthur n ,we also got a good russell

pup of arthur that turned out a first class digging dog ,jesus the years fly

in ,that was nearly 20 years ago .

yes have a dog here bred on both sides to him but we infused lakie and he is black and tan the only one in the litter,,,we never bothered what they looked like or stuck to specific breeds .there work rate was all that interested us, a fella called brian kid used him as stud and now you can still see his blood kicking about the fukin shows ,,all nice strong headed russels often with spots on the under fur.like little dalmations when clipped
