mackem 26,167
No mate, photos of the pup should be up over the weekend, his ex-wife lives in Australia,he is still an aussie citizen as are his kids, his friends invited him over to hunt for a few weeks so he is killing two birds with one stone and jetting-off for a break Malt, sure mark attracted criticism for hos outspoken ways, but bet your bottom dollar you will one day hear of Brickshaws Link to post
Tuzo 251
this all sounds like a bit of a wind up to me Yes but so did some of Mark's other challenges..............who's laughing now. He proved his doubters wrong, the guy travelled hundreds of miles to back up his boasts and came back smiling. Fair play to him thats what i say. If someone can take the lurcherworld forward, Mark can. Link to post
Guest ASD
I know for sure he's bought a pup as i posted on here earlier in the for sale section on behalf of my friend who can't access the t'internet, two Minshaw pups for sale and the chap phoned me to say thanks for putting them on and selling one and possibly the pair in under one hour of being put on,not sure who has bought the other if it has gone but no doubt someone will shout up.Anyhow good luck to the fella with his Brickshaw, will be interesting to see how he get's along with this one Link to post
mackem 26,167
Ko,loads of guys ridicule Mark, who knows why,but even though I could tell he had been drinking he was adamant that his family of lurchers will be well known within ten years,as he said the lurcherworld is stagnant at the moment,at a crossroads,he is simply showing it which direction to take, and if he says he will then watch this space........... mackem 26,167
Plummer was ridiculed, but his books collectively outsold any other lurcher/running-dog author before or since, and EVERYONE remotely interested in lurchers has heard of him,I am sure, certain, positive that something will come of this,it just takes time Link to post
Guest ASD
All the turmoil that has came onto these hunting forums just because of the word "MINSHAW" will become irrelevant to what WILL be coming when the word "BRICKSHAW" rides into town ...jesus could you take it Minshaw and Markbrick both mentioned in the same breath and talked of in the same sentence ...could the world withstand it?
