8shot 192
I think they could do it well without touching the bull. Just they could stick stickers on the bull or sommit for the points i agree i think its like getting a bolting rabbit and sticking pins in it till it dies not my cuppa
Simoman 110
Definately not for me, personally I see bullfighting and hunting as very different things. When hunting the quarry has a chance of escape and is in its own environment, the bull is in an enclosed area. JMHO.

Would you be opposed to netting warrens when rabbiting, cause that would make it an enclosed area?

Sound LOL I know feck all about bullfighting and have never been to one, just think we (as people involved in things these anti scum would like to ban) ought to oppose their agenda totally. JDF 0
I was asked by the Cooperative bank when I was opening an account, "do you participate in Blood Sports?" I said no, just to conform to the "PC" pen pushers in the cities. After the Q/A I asked, what if I said yes, and he said my account would be declined!! maybe say...yes i participate in fieldsports so stick your account up your hole. jimb 30
There is no comparison to hunting and bullfighting im a great believer in doing something for a reason and I partisapate in every type of hunting but my mane thing is to kill my quarry as quickly as possible and it always has a sporting chance to get away but bullfighting is just trying to make the wee prik of a matador look good by causeing pain and suffering to the bull why does it have to be swords ?why cant it be something else that doesnt slowly kill the bull I'll tell you why its cause the bull would have more stamina and would run all day and get the better of the little shit with the tight trousers and the stupid fukin hat ,and fuk off with all this fukin shit about tradition ,it was tradition to burn or drown any one that was thought to be a witch in this country but that doesnt make it right

BlueCoyote 0
You are right it is not everyones cup of tea, however it is the Iberian culture. I am more interested in the horses and the movement rather than the killing of the bull. this is like the debate over pit dogs. how many here love their bulldogs? if it wasnt for the "sport" then you wouldnt have the breed the way it is today. same for the horses. dressage i suppose is a cleaner, nicer route to take if you want to admire fancy footwork with a horse though dressage was a teaching method for war horses right? mackem 26,630
Used to be guys complained about those stupid f**kers in their red coats and their stupid riding trousers on their horses galloping all over the countryside with their packs of hounds chasing poor little animals...................Look what happened Once everyone starts picking holes in what the next guy is doing the wedge gets driven further and further,a day in the life of a tiger is equal to a year in the life of a sheep, the bulls are treated better than all those beeburgers in your freezers

The antis argue that all fieldsports cause pain and suffering; and how long does it take to dig to a fox? Sometimes much longer than a bullfight no doubt. And thats the problem with these points and debates: They can be used against all sorts of sports; and thats ok, until the attention is turned to the one (or more) we participate in ourselves.
