Any ferret stuff-new to ferreting

I am new to hunting

 

I need to get some ferret stuff for my polecats. my ferret finder doesn't work and my worry is that my ferrets would get lost down the rabbit hole.

 

can someone help?

Apparently if your ferret finder is an MK1 you can ring the number on the locator and they will do a service and repair. arnieboy off here said it was about 40 quid a box

It is possible to ferret without a locator,but if your new to the game matey and scared you lose our poleys then i would get your locator fixed [bANNED TEXT]

Have you checked the batteries etc on collar and receiver? for charge and orientation?

ive got a ferret finder 3, changed the batteries few times with fresh ones, changed he collar but still foesnt work.

when i turn it on it makes that odd bleep

get another finder , in the 3-4 years ive been ferreting. ive never used a ferret finder..
