T78 4
i think recent events should prove to people what this site is worth to them... a fiver? at least! i think those who are still here should donate £5 as a matter of course!! amagazine is in between 3 and 4 quid and is read within an hour so that makes the £5 donation seem like quite good value!! and if people actually want there £5 back for whatever reason, they must be very sad...i wouldn't have the cheek to ask for such a small amount back that has bought me so much entertainment!!! timjim 43
It's a packet of fags, or maybe a couple of pints. One or two people here are merely demonstrating how tightfisted they are. 'I and many others' timjim. Where? In your head maybe? I'm not a donator at the mo, but after reading this nitpicking bollax I will be as soon as IanB replies to my email...... how dare you slag me off on this subject when you are not even a donator yourself!, i have not asked for my money back if thats what you are thinking, nor do i want it back, this is worth every penny and more, i will keep donating too, all i meant was alot of people had donated to fund the running of the site which stopped running?, i know it is back online now but we didnt think it was goin to be Tim

I.e that they were 'pissed off' that they'd somehow lost their money. People who have been noticeable by their virtual absence on this thread. I'm happy to, i know how much time, effort and money goes into running a simple website, this is a complex site that takes a damn site more work. Why complain about £5?! I dont blame the man for taking it offline. There are forum rules that are clearly explained, if they are not followed then a punishment must be issued, if that fails then a drastict measure must be enforced. It would have given everyone a rather rude awakening, and hopefully now that ianb chose to carry on, handing you this vast amount of information, links to friends and other things on a gift wrapped plate, we can all be a little more vigilant and help ianb and the moderators to stop the idiots who come on here mainly to bitch, argue and try to tell everyone that they know everything and have better than everyone.
