In the pic he is next to a jill that is the same age as him. He is in good health and certainly not 'starved down'. Quote Link to post

Considering he'd made a point of it in the first post, and its next to another one of hhis own ferrets which is good sized its quite obvious that I wouldnt say that it was actually starved down in any serious way what so ever.
