artic 595
Right lady's and Gents, Iv'e had running dogs for 15yrs, yes not so long. Never come across this behaviour! My 4 month old pup has started today to place his arse on the floor raise his back legs and slide across the floor! He's been wormed, good texture of poo Eating well, drinking well. Everything about him is normal, apart from the above. What is this? Cheers.

wink hound 0
two sack type glands, some dogs are prone to them filling with a shitty liquid and it causes discomfort, you can do it yourself or the local vet nurse will sort it out for you.... it stinks!basiclly you squezze them out. some dogs never suffer from it, but id have a good guess that it might be the cause. hope it helps. Dawn B 212
Dogs do this "break dancing" usually when they impacted anal glands or possily worms, if the latter, in a pup of that age Id say roundworms.
Guest ladydogtrainer
hi, ive just joined the forum.i wouldnt waste your money at the vets,my terrier is always getting blocked anal glands.all it needs is a piece of tissue and a strong stomach'just gently squeeze either side of the bumb hole
