Guest RobW71
I've been offered A HW90, seeing I've a bit of land where an air rifle would come in handy, thought it maybe worth having. I know nowt about air rifles(got an old BSA Meteor) Any thoughts? Regards Rob Quote Link to post
Guest sushie
One of my mates had a HW90 and from what i saw it was a nice bit of kit seen him shoot a few bunnies on the lamp with it! They have a theoban gas ram instead of a spring. Quote Link to post
mackem 27,458
Get it!Use a Theoben Fenman, works on the gas-ram principle,no more springs or fiddly bits=No more worries Quote Link to post
Guest Geordie
Rob, i havent had loads of airguns, mebbes 15 - 20 different types, but out of them all the HW 90 is the one i most regret getting rid of. It was an awesome rifle, only reason i got rid of it was that i didnt have permission anywhere and it was a big heavy lump to haul around. Quote Link to post

king 11,984
i bought a second hand 1 about 3 months ago a hw 90k a good gun. u can leave it cocked for long periods of time with no power loss at all not like a springer thats due to lose power from the first shot. but it is heavy i put it on bullets chrono and was very impressed with the ft lb the first shot was 7 ft lb but after a 3 or 4 shots it had warmed up and it was up to well i'll say over 11.9 i am very happy with it Quote Link to post
Aled 510
I got one, i had to get used to the weight but other than that they are a good piece of kit. Like woodga says, make sure you get a shoulder strap. Cheers Al Quote Link to post
