just wondering what the law are like up at the fens since the ***,i found it not so bad down south but fields are too small,dogs need a bit more room.

i was told today that the absbo was lifted,the fine was so heavy and the asbo put on them because they get caught all the time but get away alot by saying their rabbiting,i was wondering really if other people get fines and car taken off them all the time.
