i'm not after an argument BUT:

 

Why put a photo like this on the internet for the anti brigade to collect and build up a massive dossier of evidence of injured dogs to completely ban terrier work ?

 

I just dont get it ? its complete madness !

 

 

Exactly what I thought as soon as I saw it. Who's meant to be impressed by a picture of your noseless terrier? I'm sure it is a cracking terrier and I wouldn't mind it in my kennel, but I don't think an anti wouldn't see it like this. I don't want to cause an argument either, just voicing my opinion.

NOW THEN JOE..I WOULD JUST LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR INPUT AND YOUR OPINION , I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THIS WAS A WORKING TERRIER FORUM..NOW LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING JOE.. WORKING DOGS (PRE BAN).. DID GET KNOCKED ABOUT FROM TIME TO TIME WHEN OUT WORKING..AS SOMETIMES THE FOX WOULD EVEN BIT BACK .. IF THE PICTURE IS OFFENDING YOU.. WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO TAKE IT DOWN?

You should have edited a bit quicker. Still there's plenty of boys on here will give you what you want for the pups as they MUST be good workers. The pictures prove it ,as do any pictures lads put up of terriers well marked up.

And the Anti's say "a big thank you" for more amunition.

I really fear for the working terrier when i see (terrier men)putting up pictures off marked dogs to try and sell pups.Being digging all my life (have and had plenty off marked up dogs)Would never dream off selling a pup always gave them away to like minded people .Then i knew they were in good hands.I see SOME people on here tellying everybody how good their dogs are next thing they let slip they have pups and if you twist their arm they might sell one. The working terrier is going down a slippy slope ITS THE MEN WHO DONT SELL EM THAT GIVE THEM AWAY TO CHOSEN PEOPLE THAT HAS WORKING TERRIERS AT HEART

THANKS VERY MUCH TO ALL THE GENUINE PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMMENTED ON THE DOGS.I NOW FEEL ITS TIME FOR ME TO DRAW A CLOSURE TO IT AND WITHDRAW THE PICTURES,THANKS AGAIN TO THE FEW GENUINE PEOPLE. JUDGING BY THE P.Ms I HAVE RECEIVED.. ALOT OF PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM ARE CLUELESS ABOUT WORKING TERRIERS.. SOME OF THE P.Ms HAVE BEEN VERY VERY ENTERTAINING BUT NOW I HAVE BECOME BORED WITH IT. .

a would just like to add to the post that i have known the bitch of steves sinse he got her some 5 years ago and a can safely say she has worked well every year for the lad n the stud is the same because i put him on to it,both proven n tested as it should be ,a know enuff good diggin lads who know me n i am not prone to fantasy n as for takin pictures to sell genuine working pups A DONT THINK SO ,good luck with a genuine working litter pall !!
