Kid needs a slap, RSPCA round there would have scared him.

Good luck with them ferts, laughed when you wrote not holding on as long - think thats a breakthrough.

They'll come round with some good care. Probably end up being your best workers.

Yeah! makes me laugh when people ask me if they bite!

Yo! Just to let you know, neibour of kids grandad phoned RSPCA to inform them that rabbit was put in to same cage, uncleaned from me taking ferrets, I got a visit from them, didn't want to drop him in, but there's no helping some people, RSPCA took rabbit pending prosecution, think he deserves it this time, unless the rabbits a biter too!

It's unreal when you take a animal from somebody that's been neglected then they go and get more animals the r.s.p.c.a. should stop them getting animals for life

Yeah! Should pile up their s**t in one corner and make them live in it for a year, then under-feed them, then scare the crap out of them, or what ever happened to these animals, certainly takes a lot to make ferrets that scared that they chomp your fingers to bits.

The main thing is there safe now you have, not going to go hungry again ;)

They are starting to come round, I heard them playing in the shed until I opened the door, I've also heard them making the bup bup bup noise they make when they are content, so they are coming round. Also they bite when I pick them up, and when I put them down. If you hold them still they seem ok with that, but they still kick off when you stroke them, but little by little they are getting it together.

Glad to hear you're making progress with them. I've had three rescue ferrets in the past and have proved to be affectionate with time.

I like the idea of locking those responsible in a shitty cage, and maybe we could also go at the people who break ferrets teeth with a pair of pliers?!

Thankfully that's been left in the past, I hope!
