bite from rabbit

was out lamping last week and for the first time in 35 years of hunting was bit by a rabbit and believe me he was glued to my finger ; anyone else out there that got bit by a bunny ?

Well, i have been bit with a few different critters in my time but the worse for sheer pain was the rabbit. It hit the net and i grabbed it, as you do. It sank its teeth into the loose fleshy skin of my palm. And god did it hurt!!!!! I nearly cried.!! Not the rabbits fault, of course, it was doing what it had to do, but christ , i was in pain.

got bit in my palm too , he went in so deeep i still have the two gnassher marks nearly two weeks later

Got a scar on palm of my hand from a bite from a rabbit, also got 3 scars from a sheep bite (was opening its mouth for wormer syringe) on 4th finger. I had a rabbit scratch me from inside a net when ferreting about a month ago, tiny scratch and thought no more of it but 2 days later my finger was like a balloon and my whole arm was starting to hurt. Went to the doctor and apparently the infection had travelled into a gland that has something to do with the elbow and I was on antibiotics for 10 days. For pain, the worst was the sheep, I honestly thought the end of my finger had come off in its' mouth!
