:D nice demo Al, thanks for being bored enuff to massacre another vicious maneating piece of chipboard in the name of science :D

If only I could get my grubby little paws on a high speed camera, i'd cheerfully make a load of stiff jelly and video the results.

I think the difference between PCP's, springers and gas rams are showed here.

The S200, in all fairness, a combination of a basic scope/my eyesight/unknown volume of air led to it's demize.

The ProSport, a serious bit of kit that is hardly "run in" and will only mature.

The 90, just a nice rifle that is a pleasure to shoot even with a poor scope.

The 95K..............awesome, thank you Mr Mole Catcher  , never lets me down :drink:

The Stealth...........outstanding :drink:

Old Wolfie :hmm: , now I know at least three of the pellets went through the same hole  , someone with more skill could get the twenty through the same hole, maximum of everything comes from this rifle :drink:

Do know what though, give me a springer any day

95 k....£220.....or airwolf £1000 plus charging gear....

what do i spend my £780 on

You've got to be out of your mind to think that the HW rifles can even come close to a PCP Airwolf :icon_eek:

I was gonna get the Airwolf myself but did not get on with the fore-end of the stock and then I met the Theoben S-Type (which I'm ordering tomorrow) and all was put into prospective. Don't get me wrong the HW's are great guns and very well made (I know because I've owned a couple over the years). But if you have the money then the most expensive PCP you can afford is the way to go in the air gun world....

Do you guys not know that the chipboard trees are an endangered species!? Especially the ones that grow the Oak pattern surface coating on them - very bad news is this!!:tongue2:

I think Al should be reported to the authorities immediately, and with no pity whatsoever - totally dispicable actions - i can only hope that it was a clean first shot kill!!:laugh:

But seriously Al, nice little experiment there

Regards,

Grim.

Very interesting to see....... but I am always surprised at someone rating a springer over a PCP...each to their own of course but my pcp runs rings round my springer for consistancy and accuracy!!!

Simply no contest for me!!!
