Would you buy the same gun again?, only as as am considering the same

 

Yes, no hesitation at all Shot it in .22lr and .17HMR, both very accurate.

 

Just noticed this, currently my rimfire collection consists of .22LR. HMR and WMR....almost by co-incidence they are all CZ's, 2 Silhouettes and 1 American. Having said that I also have experience of the Sako and think it is a cracking gun...the only if or but is, that I struggle to see why it costs around twice what the CZ does, it is definately NOT twice the gun "IF" any better at all???

 

I am happy with my tools and have no reason or desire to exchange any for a Sako, but this is not in any way a criticism of the Sako...just a criticism of the price of it!!

 

... the changeable barrel malarky of the Quad, the CZ "can" still work out cheaper and it's a bit difficult to give your lad a "barrel" to take out and shoot!!

Glad you seem to have the problem solved John, bit strange this one though, did you ever discuss it with the RFD you bought the gun from or GMK??

Had the same problem with a CZ, took me ages to figure it out, ended up grinding a bit off the stock screw, job sorted.
