Keeping Hobs together

Recommended Posts

Sorry to disagree with you guys, but i had two Hobs from the same litter, that had to be seperated due to normal seasonal humping etc.

It was very violent at times, neither would give in. They had been brought up together since birth, and never sperated until their first season.

Bitten necks, bloody ears etc. (sore arse LOL)

I also have another Hob that had to be seperated from his brother for the same reason. (Which is why I have him)

So it does happen.

i only keep dog ferrets and i have a right mixture from different years and different litters , i have all the adults castrated so theres no seasonal humping and once the pecking order is sorted , there isn,t a problem, once the younguns are old enuff to work , the whole lot will be in together ,all 11 of em

don,t see why it makes any difference whether they are from the same litter or not or brung up together
