Out tonight with Tariq and Farouq

Recommended Posts

Not great night, decent enough wind but it was very light and very few rabbits hanging around long enough to come to terms with. I had Tariq out again for a few runs after having a long lay due to an injury and he has remained sound despite some really full on strikes sending him cartwheeling down banks.

Farouq put some good runs tonight running really clever on some runs, unfortunately the footage did'nt turn very well with me missing some really good runs that I thought I had recorded by simply not having pressing the record button firmly enough. :wallbash:

Came away happy with 11 from 3 fields, leaving other fields for another night.

Thanks for looking eveyone.

good going meerhunter they will stop some big bags soon when the weather changes and we start having some good nights

Their Stamina will be truely tested come the really wild black nights, as one things for sure there is no shortage of rabbits here. I could of carried on to make the 20 mark but they would of been hard won and I would of had to cover some amount of ground and the fact that I've had bad case of flu for almost 2 weeks I just didn't have the energy being still very sore and achy . Those rabbits that could see me could certainly hear me choughing my way round the fields.

Once again, top stuff there mereihunter . tell me do they run pure saluki's on the lamp at all in the midle east. cheers TOMO

I have seen some footage of lamping Hares and Jerboa (small desert rat like tiny kangaroos), they do lamp or at least hunt by the headlights of there 4x4's for Jackal, fox and wolf as well.

Good vid that, funny music, but some craking runs, they have good pray drive them saluki's.

Good striking on some of them bunnys aswell, fair play Meerihunter. :)

Funny music :icon_eek: I thought the music was better than the video, too good for the video? lol.
