Couple of years back you could pick those houses up for 15k each Middlesborough was the same

the bairn loves that part of town , mind you - the sea air from seaton carew knocks her out in 10 mins

Seal-sands was great,we used to sit in the birdwatching hides,my dad bought us a pair of binoculars each one christmas,we used to watch the seals sunning themselves
