HERES A PIC OF LAST NIGHT, HAD THE COMPANY OF THE OLD CODGER ( asd) AND YOUNG HH. (his son)

NOW I KNOW THIS GOES AGAINST THE GRAIN FOR ANDY , BUT HE WAS ON PERMISION :clapper: WE ALL STARTED OFF TOGETHER ME ANDY HH AND REW , BUT THE YOUNG DOGS WERE BEING A PAIN WITH RETRIVING SO WE SPLIT UP AFTER AN HOUR OR SO.

MY NIGHT WAS CUT SHORT WITH TARA GETTING AN INJURY. SHE HAD A DOZEN BY THEN. SO ME AND REW WENT BACK TO THE MOTOR . I THEN TOOK REW FARTHER UP THE LAND AND DROPED HIM OFF . I THEN SAT BACK IN THE WARM TRUCK AND DRANK ALL THE COFFE AND ATE MOST OF THE BISCUTS :icon_redface::drink:

I COULD SEE ANDY AND HH COMING BAC TO THE ROAD SO I DROVE ACROSS AND TOOK THE RABBITS OF THEM .

ANDY SAID IT WAS CRAP OVER THE OTHER SIDE WERE I SENT THEM . I MUTTERED UNDER MY BREATH THANK FECK I DIDN'T GO THAT WAY . HOW MANY YOU GOT THEN I ASK . 30 OD HE REPLYS OH YEH REAL SHIT  THAT SCORE WITH TWO PUPS :clapper:

I THEN TOOK THEM FURTHER UP THE FARM TO WHERE REW WAS, AND LENT ANDY MY OTHER LAMP.

I THEN WENT BACK AND GUTTED ALL THE RABBITS AND HUNG THEM ON THE GATE READY FOR A PIC LATER YOU KNOW ME. :whistling:

I THEN WENT BACK AND PICKED THE BOYS BACK UP, AND TOOK THE CATCH BACK TO THE GATE,

AT THE END OF THE NIGHT REW HAD GOT 29 WITH FLY , TARA HAD A DOZEN AND I CANT REMEMBER WHAT ANDY HAD. BUT THE TOTAL FOR THE NIGHT 74.

ANY WAY A GOOD NIGHT IN GOOD COMPANY , YOU CANT ASK FOR MORE

:clapper: Good work Tomo.. :clapper:

That is a good haul,.and seeing it reminds me of the plagues of rabbits we seemed to have everywhere in my Southern area,..back in the 1980's...Such a large quantity of game allows a man and his dog, to really test the ultimate working canine to its fullest potential,... Its also grand to see lads meeting up and turning from being strangers or occasional acquaintances ,.into firm friends and brothers... :clapper:

I know it cannot always be like that,.but I feel that is what the hunting game is all about

Please lets see more and more posts throughout the season,.which describe the different areas of land and varying terrains that go to make up this relatively tiny Island.

All the best,.CHALKWARREN... :drink:
