Guest Leveller
I've heard recently a tale of somebody who gives their lurchers steroids, they don't compete or look to gain anything financialy from what they do by all accounts they just run a few bunnies so they aren't hurting anybody else I just wondered if anybody else had heard of this practice or what your views are on the subject? Guest WILF
WHY?............is my view on the subject. Be carefull, you could turn "The Sausage" into "The Marrow" Quote Link to post
macker 5
think its does be done alot with hare coursing. would not be surprised about people lamping and doing it. unless you are injecting the game with drugs too you are chasing its cheeting in my eyes to me if you put drugs in your dogs or more popular road trotters i think you are better of giving it up. macker Quote Link to post
artic 595
Whatever next!! They need to be banned from keeping any animals in my opinion. Whats the point? Crazy, irresponsable behaviour. Quote Link to post

mad al 146
Now if do a bit of google on the said drug and the side/after effects it has on humans , they're gonna be real caring owner to do that I've known two such fellas and both were feckin wrecked and all their so called "gain" amounted to feck all at the end of the day, because what it also did was give them a bigger mouth, shrunk the tiny bit of grey matter that they originally had and also reduced the size of their dicks so they probably ended up pissing themselves in the deal trying to find the weapon of mass destruction they thought they would become Quote Link to post
Guest markbrick1
completly wrong its fecks em up and they do it a lot at the lurcher racing, tossers, mark Quote Link to post
cocker 2,655
any dog which is called a lurcher should not need steroids, to catch a rabbit or a hare........... Quote Link to post
sniper 30
lurchers dont need steds to catch gear. but i wouldnt surprise if people do it. some track greys maybe be "geared up" before a race you never know. sniper Edited October 7, 2008 by sniper Quote Link to post

swamper 11
if you are using Steroids on a dog then you are not getting the true reading of what the dog is capable of....there for you are using steroids because it needs its performance enhancing...the dog is then not giving natural results.......cheating no.......to be breed off no!
