undisputed 1,664
well its all a start and im glad iam not the only one to tke a fall this week lol and will be a great boost for the little pup .well done floydy and watch your step next time bud lol not funny is it ha No mate it's deff not especially when the water is mixed with wet cow shit....lmao I had to undress at the back door hope the neighbours didn't see owt. Aye it should do his confidence the world of good but I need to get him out more on decent rabbit ground. i missed the cow shit lol flat on my face in long wet grass ,but i dont think the rabbits would of smelt you coming lol.id of thought it would be littered up north with old bunnys like all that vast countryside. or you in the citys.i used to go to my grannys at elgin years ago grand country I'm just outside Glasgow mate there are a few bunnies here but not in vast numbers where I live, I could go out on two different nights and get two different results. The bit that floyd caught his rabbits was the same bit Merle caught a dozen a few weeks back. Its all down to luck with the weather if it would stop raining for any length of time I might get out more. Quote Link to post
undisputed 1,664
How old is Floyd? 14 month now! still only a pup kid...hopefully its the first of many...enjoyed the read... well done Cheers it wasnt the number of rabbits that concerned me just the dogs attitude toward chasing them, was much happier with his drive last night if he continues in the same mould he will turn out fine. The trouble here is I'm competing with every man and their Lurcher for the small bits of ground theyre on. If it was just ferreting then it would be fine but because theyre only in small pockets its difficult to get consistant runs on them. Quote Link to post
