wink hound 0 Posted October 6, 2008 Report Share Posted October 6, 2008 imo no. i have fed mine on it occaionly when no meat about. they shit blue lights (as do hounds). ive seen hounds that have been on it for a week shiting blood, its a bulk food and looks it.if they were on it all the time this would improve but i wouldnt put them through it. resembles horse food more than dog food imo. cobby dog is better i think , but you have to get the right one (the highre protein) although it looks worse it dosent seem to do them that bad.but as it says its hound food, not dog food. theres no subsitutre for a good meat based diet.
