My knowledge of such things is growing fuzzy these days, I'll admit. But, any way ye look at it, the idea of Red Back's nesting that far north just seems preposterous! Brilliant, but preposterous. A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO I WAS HOLIDAYING WITH THE FAMILY IN PALMA NOVA AND WENT TO THE LOCAL WATER PARK ........... SPOTTED A THORN BUSH WITH THE LITTLE CORPSES OF LIZARDS AND LARGE INSECTS STUCK ON IT , WATCHED FOR A WHILE TILL I SAW THE BUTCHER SHRIKE , IT WAS NESTING IN A SMALLISH PALM TREE ....
