Nice shot mate!

Right in the heart and lungs! Just as good as a headshot in my opinion.

Luke.

Iv tried shooting them there after some topics on THL and it does just drop them stone dead and they dont seem to kick as much (nerves)

lads if your gonna shoot them head shots all the time? my personal opinion

reason : if your gonna eat them it spoils the meat apparently, if your gonna sell them it has to be a head shot

IE: for bop , butchers, and family & friends know one wants to chew on a pellet

i said nothing about back end, i said heart or head. if you cant see its head (perhaps obscured behind nettles etc etc) then i would go for a VITAL heart shot. but you on the other hand, being perhaps a bit old and doddery (shaky hands) cant garentee a VITAL shot in the heart! agreed there is less room for error in the head but if your confident of the shot, why not take it?! im confident enough in my shooting to go for it, ive been shooting since about 8 y/o now 21, i live on my permission so i get PLENTY of practice. now back to your sticky bolted AAs410(s) oldster............ :big_boss::laugh::notworthy:

Cheers

quote Molie

sorry mate miss read it was a hypothetical answer to the above quote . as for shaky hands { NOT }

but merely stating that a head shot is more humane in regards to heart shots .as for the rest of your comments just as i expected from a young punk

how is hitting one vital more humane than another, wether you hit it in the head or the heart, its dead. i regularly shoot them in both, they die either way. its all relative to the shot you are taking at the time anyway, taking into account wind, shooting up/downhill, range and the quarrys possition facing you. lets just say, we both know how to shoot, but ill still be shooting when your pushing daisys :oops:

Cheers for the banter, love it.
