collie/grey 238
Does anyone have either a 1/2 grey 1/2 saluki put to a 3/4 grey 1/4 bull or a 1/2 grey 1/2 collie put to a 3/4 grey 1/4 bull? If so do you have any pics and what were they like on all quarry pre ban. I have a 3/4 grey 1/4 bull bitch who i would like to breed from in the future, meaning 4 or 5 years time, if she proves her worth over the next few seasons she has. For her breeding she is very racy but has fantastic drive and go power with excellent speed. She is only two years old at present so hasn't been tested properly, but so far she has done me and herself proud showing great promise. When and if i do breed from her, i want to keep the speed she has, keep the drive, the size and racyness, but add a tiny more brain and stamina. I know it may sound obvious, a collie/grey, but would that jeapodise (sp) the speed and racyness? Anyones helpful thoughts or experiences on either crosses would be appreciated. Quote Link to post

collie/grey 238
i have a colliex greyhound put to a bullx greyhound..but the bullx is first cross....he is turning out to be a good honest dog... this is him 15 months old 25/6 tts hope this helps adam.. He is a nice racy looking dog. Very similar to my bitch in question. I would prefer to put a collie/grey over her, but it's just a worry as to whether speed and racynesss would disappear slightly. What was he like on hare pre-ban? Daytime i must add. My bitch is racier than my 3/4 grey 1/4 collie. Sniper pre ban i used to hunt deer mainly with the dogs and if the ban gets lifted i have found new hare ground that has took my fancy, so here's hoping. Quote Link to post
