nice dog mate.

are you sure there isnt nothing else in his make up?

100% mate. i saw the sire and dam. the dam was a straight greyhound and the sire was 1/2beddy 1/4grey 1/4whippet.

my mate has his sister and shes got a very different coat, her coat is longer and very rough and shes about 2inches smaller.

i think that he has thrown mainly to the greyhound side

I have an F1 Beddy x Whip called Bess. Willful, arrogant and a tad undersize but keen as mustard, huge prey drive, heart of a lion and has run down daytime bigears and more recently held a charlie long enough for me to get in with a stick. I wish she had a bit of Grey to give her more height but otherwise she suits my needs completely. Check out the Working Beddy forum for fellow fanatics... Good Luck with the new season JP

My first cross bed grey bitch is 8 now, she has lost a lot of pace now but has done far more than what i expected of her catching daytimes hares in her younger days, a good few foxes and more than a hand full of roe. I always thought she could have done with a bit more length of leg but generally really pleased with her and how she has worked over the years, here is a pic of her with her litter from 2 years ago
