Ted's second night out

I took Ted out on the lamp for the first time last week and to be honest there was naff all about and all's we got was a bit of exercise for our troubles, but tonight was a different story. We lamped a couple of small pasture fields which holds about 15 cows and plenty of rabbits which were out in force tonight and sitting tight. The first rabbit we got a run on managed to make the hedgerow after a couple of turns but the second didn't stand a chance Ted were on him and stuck to his arse until he snapped him up and then made a sort of half hearted retrieve. Third was another miss but a very close miss at that, and the final run was over very quick with Ted lifting the rabbit just before he made the hedgerow. Well pleased with the little fella tonight but we still have our work cut out and need to work on a few things in order to make him a viable lamping machine.
