Also can you increase the power to bang on 12ft/p? and if so how? P.s took it out today and shot some nice rabbits! rabbit stew on the weekend! going out again in the morning will take some pictures if i get any! Quote Link to post

justin 2
do not be tempted to pump it over 190 as you run the risk of blowing the seals...you will then find that the first 10 shots or so are a little eratic and that the sweet spot will be between approx 100-180...also do not run your gun completely out of air if your using a stirrup pump as you will not get it to receive air again untill you have used a bottle to blast the air in again...and before i get all the technical morons on here who read too many magazines, i am only talking with the experience i have gained with this gun and am no guru... these are just rough guidelines...also, regarding the ease of overpowering your gun then the older models are easier but both old and new are simple to tweak...but as air rifles are only supposed to be used for small or close quarry then you have to ask yourself if its for practicallity or braggin rights...if the first reason then good luck to you and i hope you many years good hunting... Deker 3,478
Not got one, but the web site and instructions say 190, as do many owners ...so that sounds a pretty good idea to me!! Quote Link to post
Fidgety 8
Should only be to 190 bar. I pumped mine up on a cold night to 190..ish, bagged it, put it indoors too near a radiator and it blew the cylinder a few hours later! Expensive mistake! Quote Link to post

You don't have to put air in from a bottle if you use all the air, just pull back bolt, attach pump and fill it, this allows the air to go in cylinder, however, there is no point in shooting once it gets much below 100 bar as power will reduce.
