stubby 175 Posted September 30, 2008 Report Share Posted September 30, 2008 i think your getting your terms mixed up a tradditional longnet and a quickset net can be made from the same thing, difference is, a traditional net is put out and the poles added as you go. a quickset has the poles already fixed to the net, and its held in a basket, and put out/fed from the basket basket net is just that, the net fixed on the basket, that holds your longnet/quickset thats a more smaller holed net, much like sparrow netting, to stop the net that its holding, from falling through Quote Link to post
