unless these are the words of your oldman im affraid they mean very little.

 

scars mean feck all.......... a better worker is one that doesnt get snashed, not one that does!

 

true there are lots of shit at shows but there is just as much shit that people pass off as workers with a few scars.

What a breath of fresh air! :clapper: Scars mean nothing for many Terriers. I once showed a Patt belonging to a friend to prove a point. He had half his bottom jaw missing and was scarred around his head and muzzle. CHAMPION TERRIER!!!!! Oh yes, indeedy, a true worker, gained his "battle wounds" from attacking a bicycle back wheel and getting his jaw mangled in the spokes, same dog that sat on the owners sofa and wouldnt get off because the pet Dwarf Lop was chasing him when he did!!! :clapper:

 

Judge said to me "Looks like he's seen a bit" Yeah I said, and handed him back the rosette. That was 6yrs ago or so.

shows are a f*****g joke half the terriers at them working terrier shows never seen the face of an earth never mind a fox.

i agree with you top terrierman 110% bud they should have 1 for working dogs and 1 for show dog ;)
