rizzini 1
Just awating the BP permit. Edited September 28, 2008 by rizzini Link to post
SportingShooter 0
Just awating the BP permit. OK Chap. You sent me a PM, saying in that PM, that this was a SmoothBore. Now its a Rifle. Which is it, and if you intend to fire this weapon as a Rifle it needs to be on an FAC. If it is an Smoothbore it needs to be on an SGC before you fire it. If you want to send solid shot through it, you need the condition and FAC to go with it. Link to post
mattydski 560
Is it proofed? Link to post
rizzini 1
Yeah it's proofed. It's a smoothbore, I'm just in the habit of calling it a hawken rifle, even though it is smoothbore. it's a hawken rifle that has been smoothbored. SS, I can't go around saying It's a hawken riflle smoothbore LOL Link to post
rizzini 1
SS, I have a SGC and a FAC. It's not on the FAC though. Edited September 28, 2008 by rizzini Link to post
SportingShooter 0
Sorry Pal, But none of this is adding up. 2+2 are making 24 at the moment. Link to post
rizzini 1
What is not adding up? That I called it a Rifle when it's a smoothbore. Hmmmmm very iffy! Link to post
SportingShooter 0
After the last but one PM you sent me it is very iffy yes, to me. Dont expect any more replies or PM's. Link to post
rizzini 1
The PM about firing single balls on approved ranges, if the Gun is on a SGC. Hmmmmm, well it's true! Link to post
cads kelly 0
will you be casting your own musket balls Link to post
rizzini 1
will you be casting your own musket balls Buying them is easier and less time consuming. I takes a while to get through 100 I can tell you. In a BP revolver it wouldtake about 1-2hours to fire 100 shots, and that's shooting and loading fast. I have a fair bit of land, so I might take it out later and shoto a few roosting woddies, with shot that is. Link to post
Deker 3,478
Just awating the BP permit. I suspect you also have an interesting response to the date on the picture as well!! Link to post
rizzini 1
If you don't have the date or time set on your camera, it will come out like that. I'm hardly going to have a photo from that long ago. Edited September 28, 2008 by rizzini Link to post
