socks 32,253
leave well alone that pup is far to old to have that tail docked now ... the only painless and safe way to dock at that age is with surgery ...... a pup is a lot different than a lamb and a lamb ring will be agony for the pup and will cause an infection ............ smudgersmith 2
Tosser went to a p***y site in the next village and had it done. Cannot believe the fecker, was more worried what other people thought about his JRT than the dogs welfare. From what I have been told he is in for a hiding either way. Doglost Co-Ordinator 4
Poor Dog- some people dont deserve animals, to do this at this age without anethestic is barbaric. We occasionally still get rotties in that have been docked- one litter with a pair of scissors. Sometimes I really dont like people. If you see the dog -get the poor sod away from him. Greb0603 1
Use a sheep ring no bother. Is a dog with a tail no good for working then? Some twat done it to a 2 year old Springer Spaniel near where I live with rubber bands, the tw*t nearly killed the dog. Quite rightly he got banged up for it. If you don't want your dog having a tail you shouldn't have bought it in the first place!! Edited October 1, 2008 by Greb0603
