walking dog lamping or jeep

now then just been out was going to potter around my permission.

and for the second occasion now ,i have been faced with being in the middle of a feild

stood watching a lamp from a jeep on the road lamping the fields .

now are these just lazy gits who cant walk their dogs poachers obviously .

but i no it winds me up its obvious their not looking for a nights rabbiting

and it really winds me up .so any of you guys do this instead of walking .whats it all about

i certainly wouldnt sit in a fing jeep and light up half the local

over here you would be only able to do 1 field if you lamped from a jeep,all the wire and ditches its all done on foot and its the best way

my thought exactly ,i always thought since day one it was about being in the field enjoying the walk

and good exersise for yourself and dog .i really cannot see any pleasure in what they do

"lamping of the back of a van" "roadsiding" "out of a jeep" whatever you want to call it, is not down to lazyness.

 

its about covering more ground, and seeing more quarry

when your running 500 yards down to the "wood-edge" you get plenty of fresh air.... just think of it as "visiting" a few different lamping spots in the same night..... you still gotta get out the van/jeep/car and do the work
