I have the 18 amp belt pack with the Light force, went out with Dawn Raider on his permission ,Wednesday, first field ,no light ,the solder had come off a connection, the leads on the Lightforce are shit, lamps good .I find by the end of the night the belt is around my knees and I'm nearly on mine! All right for a big lump like you Tommo!

A cartridge bag and 15,18 or a 20 amp battery depends which one is charged. Cut the cigar plug off and connect straight to the battery. Dont cut the cigar plug off if its a variable until the warranty is out because if the variable switch fecks up the warranty is void!

No I have never used a fuse, just connect the lamp to the battery.

20 amp shoulder pack, with the lamp wired directly to the battery, no fuses no connections. and a spare setup left in the motor just in case, and we are a long way from home, batterys topped up and other stuff given a check over before leaving home
