inan 841
Kids will be kids Its a shame they had nobody to show them the correct way to ferret . Any news on getting the ferrets back Well decided to take the day off work.Went up to the area they lost them at.They certainly blocked off the holes as i told em.No sign of my trap though Unblocked the holes and made a bit of sqeaking and noise.,Sat and had a smoke and sure enough out popped a rather sheepish jill.Waited around for a bit but no sighn of the other one.Im guessing it may have wandered off last night before they blocked them off.I took it to the lads house and its now back in his hutch.Spoke to the lads mother and by the sound of it they are pretty keen on ferreting. So i told her i would drop off some books and a cpl dvds on ferts. Will see how it goes and if they still keen by the time i do some serious ferreting i will take em out the odd tiime.Told the mother if she was looking for a xmas present for the lads may i suggest a locator.I will go back up later and mooch around see if i can retrieve the other fert.Incidentally the mum is a stunner and divorced so not a wasted day after all Looks like both you and the boys might get a "lay up",GOOD LUCK! bullmastiff 615
I've got a great idea for you Scothunter! Take the lads out ferreting then drop them home and show them how to clean and cook the rabbits they've caught! Teach them a few tasty meals and the mother will be in your debt + you get to have dinner with her!!! You could also supply the wine as a 'thank you' for dinner. Added bonus if you work the boys hard then they'll be asleep by 9pm leaving you with the mum and a open bottle to finish!!! JOBS A GOODUN!!! Good luck mate! Luke Quote Link to post
