Just read on a falconry website a guy has just been conned out of a gos with counterfeit money, so please beware if your selling anything. The dodgy folk are believed to come from the Liverpool area.

theres some dodgy 20's around with a watermark, metal strip, holo-gram and they pass under a UV checker so the best way for those of you that dont know is tear the paper a little down the metal strip to see if it will rip through the strip.

Definitley one to look out for! Luckily I've not had any dodgy money yet but have had stuff knicked out of the house ....

 

I had some lads down from Liverpool a few years back picking up a Harrishawk. the wife knocked up some rolls for a bite to eat! so they sat and ate these and one of them took the plates through into the Kitchen, they then picked the bird up and off they went...

 

Later that evening the wife asked if I had moved her watch and the £20 from off the kitchen shelf? it turns out they took both, I broke the Bank buying this watch for our anniversary! it wasn't the usual cheap crap so I expect they made a bit on the black market to pay for their Harris . the best part is the watch was only there for a day because it was waiting for a new battery, I'm a bit older and wiser these days......

there i hate people like tha they just give liverpool a bad name im from that area an i would never think of takeing eneything out of some 1's house after they had the decentcy to let u in just give's scousers a worse rep than they already have the an as for the money u always rip it threw the silver line 2 make sure so bit of a bad move by the seller
