i once shot and killed cleanly a bunny at 73 yards. now before anyone starts moaning,i was young and daft. the shot was a complete fluke!don't think i could even hit the kill zone at that range nowadays if i tried!lol. (the shot was paced out to measure it). nowadays i limit myself to 35 yards!a range i know i can kill cleanly,everytime at

(edited to say,it was a 12ft/lb rifle and i use one at 18 now!)

two miles with a .177 GAT , shot it in the arse and the damn long ears was completely obliterated, hell of a mess , the pellet had continued on, bounced of a tractor, came whizzing back and stuck in an apple I was eating at the time

55 yards with a MK I Theoben 12/200 .20 caliber was my longest shot for a rabbit (12ft/lb) Although we had a joker here that made me laugh called Tic Tak man and he reckoned he was nailing Tic Taks at 70 yards (can you smell the Bulls**t?).

I will still stick to 30-40 yards nowadays unless I feel really lucky...

48 yards and 52 yards with a webly raider pnumatic aimed at the top of the head it hit rabbit just in corner of eye best shot ive ever done,

56 yards is the longest i have with a photo and it was with my shooting partners daystate huntsman classic,

i was chasing the rabs in the jeep with the lamp on and when it eventully stoped i thought it was a bit far out but steadyed up took the shot TWACK as they say it went straight to the deck!!

jumped out paced it out and 56 yards

yeah the first raider's are great gun's. and very underrated IMO... .. mine has accounted for thousand's 'a' pest's over the years. and has never let me down. it's got a few scar's though.
